By booking services with Happy Splash Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery or setup

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Rental Duration

  • Standard rental time is up to 6 hours

  • Additional time may be requested for an extra fee

  • Overnight rentals are available at additional cost

Delivery & Setup

  • We provide delivery, setup, and takedown services

  • Customer must ensure adequate space and access

  • A working water source and power supply must be available

Cancellations & Weather Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled within the allowed timeframe

  • In case of severe weather, bookings may be rescheduled

  • Final decision on weather safety is at our discretion

Customer Responsibilities

  • Adult supervision is required at all times

  • Equipment must be used safely and according to guidelines

  • Shoes, sharp objects, and unsafe behavior are prohibited

Damage Policy

  • Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs

Liability Disclaimer

Happy Splash Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe or terms are violated.
