By booking services with Happy Splash Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery or setup
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Standard rental time is up to 6 hours
Additional time may be requested for an extra fee
Overnight rentals are available at additional cost
We provide delivery, setup, and takedown services
Customer must ensure adequate space and access
A working water source and power supply must be available
Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled within the allowed timeframe
In case of severe weather, bookings may be rescheduled
Final decision on weather safety is at our discretion
Adult supervision is required at all times
Equipment must be used safely and according to guidelines
Shoes, sharp objects, and unsafe behavior are prohibited
Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs
Happy Splash Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe or terms are violated.
